I worked with Hector at Lord & Taylor in Stamford. He was a true gentleman. Hector was funny and smart but always kind, first and foremost. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of this amazing soul. My heartfelt condolences.

Q: Describe where Hector worked and what they did A: I and many others had the pleasure of working with Hector at Saks 5th Ave shoe salon in NY. He had the amazing ability of remembering names of shoe styles and whether they were good sellers or not. He was always a hands on manager who knew his business and knew it well. I always had respect for his work ethic because he reminded me of myself TOUGH but FAIR. To this day we still mention him on our sales floor because he was one of the best shoe managers we ever worked with at Saks NY.

We are so sorry for the loss of Hector, our Koumbaro, and friend. He was such a good man - loving, kind, hard working, funny, common sense and no-nonsense sort of human being. He koges his family and friends with his whole heart and will be missed by all who knew him. May his memory be eternal!
