Ecaterina "Katie" Laszlo, age 52, of Bridgeport, passed away at home on February 2, 2021. Katie will be remembered by her Mother Kati Lakatos with whom she resided with in Bridgeport; her nephew Tristan J. Ersek of Norwalk; her nieces, Lorelai R. Ersek of Darien, Hadley K. Ersek of Darien; as well as her many beloved cats and dog BooBoo. She was predeceased by her father Luvovic Laszlo and brother Peter Ersek along with her maternal and paternal grandparents. Born in Romania, Katie had been an area resident for most of her life. She worked as a customer service representative for Pepperidge Farms. Katie enjoyed bowling in her younger years and spending time with her mother and brother before his passing and all her friends. She loved animals, enjoyed traveling and most of all her time with her nephew Tristan and her nieces Lorelai and Hadley. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 5-7 PM in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center (mask wearing and social distancing will be observed).
