To Sandy's family, Sandy and I knew each other over, the past 6-7 years. Marci had introduced us, and after going out to dinner together that 1st time, it was clear that our Sandy was on a mission to find her husband, so she came to a couple of Singles dinners at Walnut Hill Community Church in Bethel with me. It wasn't for her, she said, but gave her the boost she needed and her quest continued briefly until she met Carlo, the absolute love of her life. We spoke several times but not as often since their meeting, and I continued to text her Scripture every morning, to which she would always respond with the praying hands emoji. I would respond with the dark-haired girl waving hi and a heart and dove. We were still in daily touch that way. When the 1st brain tumor came, she let me know that fact and that "Yippee!" Carlo had proposed. We squealed like school girls, prayed together, and were certain the operation would be successful and she'd walk down the aisle to realize her dreams of living a life in love with her future Hubby. Months pass, things are looking great but our calls were less frequent. I am sad to not have her here with us now, and am happy to call Sandy my Sister-in-Christ. I know we will meet again on that Great Day with our Heavenly Father and all those who committed their lives to Jesus before He called them Home! Sandy would tell you this and say, "Whatcha waitin' for? Get right with Jesus now while you still have the opportunity. Time is growing very short, people!!!”

Dear Jim, Gary and Sharon,
I’m so sorry for the loss of your sister and my friend, Sandy. All of my high school memories are filled with the laughter, joy, enthusiasm and a bit of mischief that Sandy added to every event and gathering! She was a beautiful person and one that we all will surely look forward to reuniting with in the hereafter when our time comes. Sandy touched a lot of people with her warmth and sincerity. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.
With love and my deepest sympathy,
Mary Stark Bamford

Sandy’s first love is Jesus Christ her savior. We have the assurance that she is in heaven with the Lord. Her second love is Carlo.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave His one and only son, that whoever believes in Him will not die but have eternal life.
We are all leaving this world.
See you in heaven Sandy.
Love you,

Dear Zemola family and friends,
Our thoughts of Love and Peace are sent to you. Sandy was a women who lived life to the fullest and with gusto. We will never forget her incredible smile and deep, contagious laughter. She is an angel and we will always think of her as such.
Our memories are vast from chasing her around Frank's pool to watching her at the gym - fully dressed in all black sweats, a scarf, broach and make-up seated on the treadmill. She brought light and love to all that met her and we will miss her completely.
Our condolences to family and close friends. May peace be with you as your memories of Sandy bring you comfort.
Love,
Helene, David, Charlotte and Ethan

To Frank, Jimmy, Gary, Sharon & Family-
Lynn, Erica & I are so sorry to hear of the loss of Sandy. I have many great memories of my years working at Fairfield Lighting alongside Sandy as well as Frank, Jimmy, and Sharon. Sandy was always so excited to see Lynn and I during our trips back to Connecticut. A few years back, she was able to join us along with many Easton and Fairfield friends at the Redding Roadhouse. Her smile and engaging conversation are fresh in our memories. I know God will provide you all the support, comfort and love you need in this difficult time. I apologize that I am unable to travel from Texas to attend the services but know that we will keep Sandy and your family in our prayers.
You all know I love you very much. God Bless- Dave Butzko

I remember when I first met Sandy back in late April of 2016 from an add she posted about a room available for rent. At the time, I was dealing with some issues from my previous place of residence which was something that I couldn't control. She had this glow on her & love for the lord and for life that lasted all the way to her final days. She was welcoming & always would lend an ear for you, to pray for you, to give advice, to provide a hug when needed, or to give you space if she seen that you were not in the mood, But her faith was something to not be treaded on and it is her faith that I have admired her for to this day & days going forward. She's truly one of a kind soul & heaven's got a great one in their ranks. She's spread the word of the lord through the ups & downs and has never gave up in him. We will all dearly miss you, Sandy..
