Bill Jackson was not like most people. He was one of the only persons I've known that truly, and I mean truly focused on the good that people have inside them, without worrying about their faults. He could have a long heated conversation about some hyper-controversial topic and then, when it was over, he would immediately and completely shift gears back to focusing on what he really cared about - enjoying the company of the people he was with, because at the end of the day, that's what really matters. I struggle with doing this, as do most people I know, but for Bill it was effortless. Just one of the qualities that made him such a great friend to everyone reading this. Bill leaves a hole that really can't be filled. No one can stand in for him, or take his place. He will be missed.
