William "Billy" Fodor, 82, of Fairfield, CT, passed away on Monday October 9th, 2023 at St. Vincent's Medical Center.

Billy was born on August 16th, 1941, in Bridgeport, CT to William and Elizabeth Fodor. He lived a long and exciting life between caring for countless animals and his love for Broadway. He enjoyed reading and taking trips to Six Flags with his family during "Fright Fest". He worked for many years at a high-end perfume factory in New York and also as a CNA.

Billy was predeceased by his parents, William and Elizabeth Fodor; his sister, Marion "Honey" Nierintz; his sister, Barbara Ann Butler; his niece, Roberta Smith; and many of his beloved animals.

Billy is survived by his niece, Patricia Gavin, of Seymour; nephews, Robert Lotzko (Maureen), of Lordship, and Gary Lotzko (Mary), of Trumbull; 12 Great-Nieces and Nephews; and 10 Great-Great Nieces and Nephews, who loved him dearly; his caregivers, Linda and Karen of Fairfield; and his beautiful dog, Bitsy.

There will be no services and the family will gather at a later date for a private graveside ceremony where his ashes will be buried with his parents.
