Harry John Reves, age 73, of Bridgeport, CT, passed away on September 27, 2023.

He was born on January 19, 1950, in Bridgeport, the only son of the late Marie and Julius Reves. After graduating from Harding High School, Harry honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to duty and patriotism aboard the U.S.S. Yancey. Following his military service, he embarked on a successful career at Philips Medical. Harry was a quiet man who loved his family. He enjoyed listening to music, watching movies and going for rides in the car. According to his son, he loved animals, especially cats.

Harry is survived by his loving son, Michael Reves, and cherished granddaughter, April Lynn Reves. He was preceded in death by his dear parents, Marie and Julius Reves, who undoubtedly welcomed him into eternity with open arms.

A wake will be held in remembrance of Harry on Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. at the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, located at 1209 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Church, situated at 2110 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615. Full Military Honors will be observed following the Mass.
