Nancy Lynn Onder, age 62, of Orange, CT, formerly of Fairfield, died unexpectedly in Bridgeport Hospital on Friday, April 21, 2023.

Nancy was the daughter of Marion Onady Onder and the late Frank J. Onder. She had a successful career in Banking and Lending. Nancy was the first woman to be accepted into the Fairfield Kiwanis Club. She was a longtime cookie baker for the Nationwide Soldiers Angels Organization and a volunteer mentor at the Shelton Intermediate School.

Left to mourn her passing along with her Mother, are her two sisters, Laura Fazekas, and her husband, John, of Shelton, and Susan Onder, of Valley Center, CA; her nieces, Sara Fazekas (Jeremy Serrano) and Amy Fazekas (Rick Condit) all of Seymour. Also, two great-nieces Hailey and Emma Serrano plus close and dear cousins representing the Seres, Farina, and Onady families. Also, her beloved cat, Lucy. We love you Nancy and we will all miss you.

A Wake will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Lesko and Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. All other services will be private.
