Such fond memories of this great man. How my kids loved him as they grew up with him often around. I can still see him up on the roof or on a ladder manning one end of a piñata rope at our son's 6th or 7th birthday party. Always an exuberant, fun presence-- even when he was pissed about one thing or another, with his great wit and abundant vocabulary he'd turn it into something hilarious and have everyone laughing. Sadly, I did not see him after he left San Diego, but memories are still vivid, an unforgettable guy. And completely devoted to his kids--condolences to all the family.

Theresa and I are so sorry to learn of Mr A’s passing. I enjoyed Bob’s stories and larger-than-life descriptions and deep-dives into the details of any and all things he found interesting. And that voice - what a voice!

Very sorry for your loss. Bob was a classmate at Fairfield Prep. He was a brilliant student with a great sense of humor. We worked closely on planning our 50th Reunion and his loyalty to the Prep and our Class was obvious to all . We pray for the repose of his soul. May he rest in peace.

To the entire Anderson clan, I am so deeply sorry to hear about Bob,he was one of the kindest most generous and genuine people I’ve ever known, unfortunately he was really hard to get ahold of and sadly the last time I talked to him was probably a couple of years ago,now living in NC,it’s a really long drive to CT but I will be there for the memorial of which I have many,he was one of a kind and will be greatly missed, rest in peace Bob,thank you for everything you did for my dad and I,now you can hang out together again….
