I'm so sorry for your loss. We didn't know Pete for very long but we met him on a ski club trip to Banff in 2017. He took us under his wing and we hung out quite a lot. He was a good guy often seeking us out. He'd text me saying he had a table at breakfast and/or dinner and was saving us seats. We skied together, we ate together. He told me all about his orange DPS skis and where I could demo them. Pete was having major back issues and could only ski a short period of time. We gave him a ride home after we got back from the trip. We chatted after his back surgery and he was doing great. We'd talked about getting together for dinner sometime. He told us all about the acoustic events in Westport. We talked about planning a return trip to Banff. Pete, wherever you are, thanks for sending us to Westport Ski & Sport. They do a great job tuning our skis. I will demo those Wailers this coming season. Pete, you will be missed.
