Obituary of Anna Pesavento

Anna Grasso Pesavento, age 93, of Fairfield, wife of the late Alfred Pesavento, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 6, 2018.

Born in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Anthony and Angelina Petite Grasso, Anna was a lifelong Fairfield Town resident. She was very proud of her Italian heritage and was a great Italian cook and baker. More than anything else, she loved the times that she spent with her family.

Anna is survived by her son, Fred Pesavento and his wife Cathy of Newtown, grandchildren Staci Vergati and her husband David and Scott Pesavento and his wife Kari, she leaves behind her great grandchildren Alyssa Vergati and Brayden Pesavento as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Leonard and Victor Grasso and a sister Filamina Carpenter.
