Stephanie Ann Reiss, age 62, formerly of Weston & Norwalk, Ct. passed away at home on Sunday, April 15, 2018 in Black Rock, CT. Born and raised in Freehold New Jersey, Stephanie moved to Weston, CT, with her family in the 1970s and attended Weston High School. She's a graduate of Drew University in NJ and worked for many years as a Humane Resource Manager at JJI Lighting Group in Greenwich, CT. Stephanie was an avid reader, enjoyed music, dancing, art and travel. She loved all sports especially the Yankees, golfing and horse racing. For the past several years she co-owned a shop at Captains Cove Seaport in Bridgeport, CT, where you would often see her dancing, selling hats and soaking up the sun eating her every present bag of potato chips with hot peppers. She loved to bake and many will miss her chocolate chip cookies and Irish soda bread. She was kind hearted, loved to help people especially the homeless and enjoyed visiting with her family and friends. Stephanie is survived by her sister Cynthia Reiss, her brother, William Reiss of Black Rock, CT and her eldest brother, Frederick Reiss of California. A memorial service will take place on Sunday May 6, 2018 at 11:30 AM in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road in Fairfield Center.
