My heart goes out to your family. I am so sorry that you are going through this difficult time. Psalms 46:1 says, God is our refuge and strength, a help that is readily found in times of distress. And remember that God hates it when one of His children dies (Matthew 18:14, 1 Corinthians 15:26). So He makes Himself available in order to comfort us. In fact, 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 refers to Him as the "God of all comfort". Pray to Him for strength to get through this most difficult time. Weep to Him when the words just won't come out. He will really help you (Isaiah 41:10) because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). And please, call upon His name found at Psalm 83:18. www.JW.org

Dear Felicity and all of the Hope-Ross family,
We are so saddened to hear of Deirdre's passing. She was certainly a fun-filled "Grand Lady" who will never be forgotten, by us and by everyone whom she ever met!
When we were married 'at sea' (off Fairfield Beach) in 1980, with 3 other boats in attendance, Peter and the other two Captains donned tuxedos and Dee danced on the deck of the Felicity Ann in 3" heels and the most beautiful dress! We have her photo here in Florida and we cherish it. We will certainly miss the dear, sweet girl.
We send our condolences, love, and many hugs to all of you, Barbara and John

Dear Felicity and the extended Hope-Ross family,
I was very saddened to hear about the death of Auntie Dee. I met Dee only on two occasions, and although I did not know her well, I was immediately drawn to her. Peter and herself were very kind to me on both my visits, spoiling me on their yacht and in their beautiful home. I remember those two visits with great fondness. Auntie Dee was very proud of her family and wanted me to meet you all.
My thoughts are with you and all the Hope-Rosses, at this very sad time.
With deepest sympathy,
Monique

Certainly one of the most loving, uplifting people I would ever come to know. Dee's willingness to open her home and heart, taking on her children's friends as if her own, was simply amazing. Some of my most enduring child and teenage memories were a product of one of many Mrs. Hope-Ross Epic Day Trip Adventures. To Eric and Jackie, Felicity and Pat, Pam and John, John and Mary, Chris and Annette, Gwen and Don, I wish you the comfort of knowing your mother created so many smiles in her beautiful lifetime... too numerous to count on countless people. She was truly a gift to each of us. God Bless, Kevin, Pauline, Maddie, Kyle, & Sophia Lesko
