I can see his smile, hear his laugh and feel the warmth of the Leyden household for which he was the leader (although we all know Mrs. Leyden as the boss). I am so grateful for the Leyden family’s influence on my younger life. Thinking back I am amazed at “Larry’s” patience and tolerance of the chaos made by teenage girls readying themselves for the early morning trains (which he was often responsible for us catching), a Friday night out, or a Saturday afternoon of shopping. It is for those good deeds combined with millions of others that make me certain he is resting in peace with a beautiful birds eye view of the world. My love and prayers go out to his family who will undoubtedly miss his physical presence. I hope you are comforted knowing he can never be taken from your hearts. I am sending huge hugs and am with you in spirit during this difficult time.

I wish we could have been there today to celebrate and mourn the wonderful life of Kitty’s dad. I have such fond memories....he ALWAYS welcomed me into their home with such sincerity - he was so funny...and his laugh was one of a kind, one that I can hear right now in my memory. Rest In Peace
