    Shaileen Mary Tracy, lovingly known as "Sha," passed away peacefully on June 11, 2026, at the age of 74, surrounded by her devoted husband, children, and grandchildren.


    Born on September 24, 1951, and raised in the Laurel Beach section of Milford, Connecticut, Shaileen carried throughout her life the warmth, strength, and sense of community that defined her hometown roots. She was a longtime resident of Fairfield, Connecticut as well as Naples, Florida.


    Shaileen was a proud graduate of College of White Plains (formerly known as Good Counsel College) in White Plains, New York, and dedicated her entire professional career to KPMG. A trailblazer in her field, she became one of the firm's first female partners, serving in its White Plains, Stamford, and New York City offices. Her accomplishments reflected her intelligence, determination, and commitment to excellence, helping pave the way for future generations of women in business.


    While her professional achievements were significant, family was always Shaileen's greatest joy and highest priority. She had a remarkable gift for bringing people together and delighted in organizing large family gatherings filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. Whether hosting celebrations, enjoying an impromptu dance party, or simply spending time with those she loved most, Shaileen found her greatest happiness surrounded by family and friends.


    An avid athlete throughout her life, Shaileen enjoyed golf, skiing, and tennis. She was especially proud of achieving two holes-in-one and treasured the many rounds she shared with family and friends. As a young woman, she was an accomplished and enthusiastic tennis player, carrying her competitive spirit and energy into all aspects of her life.


    Shaileen also had a passion for interior design and shopping, finding joy in creating beautiful and welcoming spaces. Her impeccable sense of style, eye for detail, and love of entertaining made every home she touched feel warm and inviting. She was a longtime member of The Patterson Club and Twin Eagles Club, where she formed many cherished friendships over the years.


    Shaileen is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Tim Tracy; her son, Tim Tracy Jr., and his wife, Hilary Tracy; her daughter, Sheena Tracy; and her cherished grandchildren, Declan, Landon, Finley, and Emily. She is also survived by her siblings, John Shanley and his wife, Debra Shanley; Tom Shanley and his wife, Janet Shanley; Suzanne Swan; and Patrice Shanley, along with countless nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends whose lives she touched deeply.


    She was predeceased by her parents, John and Patricia Shanley; her beloved nephews, Gerard Tracy Jr. and Sean Shanley; and many other treasured family members and friends who remained forever in her heart.


    Shaileen's legacy is one of love, generosity, strength, and unwavering devotion to family. She lived a full and vibrant life, leading with grace, kindness, and determination. Her greatest accomplishment was the family she loved so deeply and the countless lives she enriched through her friendship, mentorship, and compassion. She will be profoundly missed, forever loved, and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.


    Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 21st, 2026, from 3-7 pm at the Lesko Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, Fairfield Center. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 22nd, at 10:30 am at St. Pius X Church in Fairfield. Friends and family are invited to the Patterson Club for a celebration of life from 12 pm to 4 pm. Interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery will be private at the family's request.
