Tina Ciambriello Obituary
Tina Marie Ciambriello, of Stratford, CT. Loving Wife, daughter, sister, and Auntie/Thea, lost her battle with Breast Cancer on April 23, 2026, at the age of 60.
Tina was proud to have been the 1st girl to play Little League in Fairfield, CT, and later in life, the first female Chef at Brooklawn Country Club. Tina broke barriers her entire life.
She is survived by her loving wife, Katerina Papadopoulos, of 28 years, who was her primary and sole caregiver, and the love of her life. Her sister Lisa Ciambriello, her brother John Ciambriello, and his 3 daughters (Tina’s nieces), Remmy, Sophie, and Mirabel Ciambriello…and the entire extended Ciambriello family. She is also survived by Her nieces and nephew, Cleopatra, Julianne, and Petros Papadopoulos, along with the entire Papadopoulos family, as well as her Aunts, Patricia Sniffen (Elmer) and Elaine DelVento (Russell), her cousins (who were more like sibling) Jean T. Kallay and William P. Kallay (Cathy) and the rest of her very large family and all her amazing friends who loved and supported her over the years.
She is predeceased by her mother, June Sokec, stepfather, Anton Sokec, Aunt, Virginia Marcinowski, Uncles: John E. Silos, Nicolas D. Silos, Paul D. Silos, and cousin, Jason Silos.
Visitation will occur on Friday, May 8, 2026, with calling hours of 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Lesko Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824
