Kenneth H. Shiner, 80, of Bridgeport, peacefully passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Bridgeport Hospital with his beloved spouse, Kevin, by his side. 

    Kenneth was predeceased by his parents; Howard and Helen (Andrzejewski) Shiner, and his brother Richard Shiner. 

    He is survived by his spouse Kevin McCullough of Bridgeport, his siblings Jean (Timothy) Skipp of Exton, PA, Diane (Frank) Malozzi of Lebanon, CT, and Philip (Lisa) Shiner of Exton, PA. He leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and grandnephews, and his lifelong friend from childhood, Bibi Giordano of Avon. Kenneth brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew him. With his warm sense of humor and a quiet strength that comforted family and friends. A talented dancer and singer, Kenneth delighted in performing songs from the Rodgers and Hammerstein Broadway era. He loved to travel—Paris was his favorite destination—and he equally enjoyed local road trips to discover unique shops and restaurants. 

    Kenneth will be remembered for the love he shared, the music he carried in his heart, and the lightness he brought to ordinary days. He will be deeply missed. Kenneth’s kindness touched many.

    Calling hours are February 17, 2026, 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm at the Lesko Funeral Home, 1209 Post Rd., Fairfield, CT, followed by a Celebration of Life. Private final arrangements will be made at the family's convenience.

    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of the donor’s choice.
