Zio Fig - I will miss you forever - that beautiful smile and your warm spirit - it was infectious! I will always remember you for so many things-for kissing us all goodbye before you went to work early in the morning when we were all still sleeping, that hot toddy you made me when I was sick that cured me instantly, Italian Bingo with all the funny sayings, and the figs with walnuts you made for me on Christmas when I was little. Most of all though, you were always there for me and my family and I will forever be grateful that I was lucky enough to be your niece! Until we meet again-rest easy-love always, Maria xoxo
