Jeffrey Victoria, 47, of Naugatuck, passed away on May 7, 2025.

He was born August 20, 1977, son of the late Albert Victoria and Kathryn Keiser Victoria and he grew up in Southbury. He graduated from Pomperaug High School and attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC.

If you knew Jeff, you know the road he traveled was not an easy one.

Jeff was extremely talented and lived a life of self discovery and artistic expression. His smile could light up a room and he always knew how to make others feel seen and special.

He leaves behind his brother, Daniel Victoria, and wife, Jennifer, of Coaldale, CO; his sister, Tracey Graham, and husband, Glenn of Watertown. He will be missed by his nieces and nephew, Christina Graham and family, of Jupiter, FL, Jesse Graham, of Watertown, and Emma and Ava Victoria of Coaldale, CO. Jeff also leaves behind his partner, Orlando Quinones of Naugatuck.
